We require a small deposit to reserve your time slot. This holds your spot and prevents no-shows — it's not the total consulting cost. Actual fees (if any) will be discussed before we proceed with paid work. Your deposit is deducted from your final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 24hr notice.
