What is a Warrant Canary?
A warrant canary is a transparency mechanism. While companies may be legally prohibited from disclosing certain government requests, they can publish a statement confirming they have NOT received such requests. If the statement is removed or not updated, it may indicate that a secret request has been received.
We are committed to user privacy and transparency. Your fingerprint data is automatically deleted after 7 days, and we maintain minimal logs. We will update this canary monthly to confirm its continued validity.
slapEFT is operated by a service-disabled veteran. We understand the value of transparency and the importance of protecting user privacy from overreaching government requests.
